Now Hiring - Receptionist/Leasing Agent in Syracuse, NY

Syracuse based property management/real estate brokerage company with over 35 years experience is looking to fill a receptionist/leasing agent position. The receptionist/leasing agent is the first point of contact for all business operations. Familiarity with property management and/or real estate operations is helpful but not necessary.

The receptionist/leasing agent is responsible to perform a wide variety of duties to assist in the management of residential units and commercial spaces in the Syracuse Area.

Ideal Candidate:

· Must be able to uphold the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and respect with prospective/current tenants, property owners, business partners and staff

· Must be able to manage multiple telephone lines; work with others and independently

· Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented; good communication and customer service skills

· Experience in general office duties

· Computer experience in AppFolio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic functions of office equipment

· Some office experience is preferred

Work Schedule:

· Full Time: 40 hours per week

· Monday through Friday 08:30 am – 5:00pm

· Salary: $14.00-$18.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be able to lift 30lbs

· Must have a valid Drivers License with no major restrictions & own transportation

· Must have HS Diploma/GED

· Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
